Shipping Policy

Shipping choices are offered only for destinations and items accepted by checkout. That screen controls the available service and cost, including whether free delivery applies.

Preparation and travel

Most orders require 1–2 business days of preparation. Carrier travel is then estimated at 2–4 business days. Neither period is guaranteed; weekends, holidays, weather, verification, carrier disruption, and high demand may extend it.

Address and tracking

Enter an accurate recipient name, street and unit, city, postal code, email, and phone. We may pause incomplete orders for clarification. Tracking is normally sent after carrier acceptance.

Delivery problems

For stalled tracking, suspected loss, or a delivery scan that cannot be found, send the order and tracking information so we can review carrier evidence. Keep damaged goods and packaging and provide clear photos or video. Remote-area limits, customs, severe weather, and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect service.
